We stand behind the quality and longevity of our fragrances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from asficents.com, we make returns and exchanges simple and fair.

• Return/Exchange Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • Up to 2–3 test sprays are allowed so you can experience the scent. The bottle must remained at least 95% full.

  • The original box, cap, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.

  • Discovery sets, miniature sample vials, and clearance sale items are non-refundable.

• Damaged or Wrong Item Received: If your bottle leaked or broke during transit, or if you received the wrong scent, please send an unboxing photo/video on WhatsApp to 0312-9549364 within 24 hours of delivery. We will dispatch a free replacement immediately.

• How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at 0312-9549364 or email info@asficents.com with your Order ID.

  2. Pack the perfume securely in its original box and courier it back to our Nowshera address.

  3. Once inspected, your refund will be transferred via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer within 3–5 working days (standard delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns).
